On blogging web sites, you can comment on other peoples blogs, post pictures and videos. You are also able to write whatever you want to talk about and post it on the site. you can even link the blogs to different sites like facebook or twitter. Blogging sites let you create a profile for yourself. You are then able to post different topics and create discussions between other blogers. when on a regular web site you are only able to view what the web site has already on it. you cannot post your own opinions or blogs. Some websites don't even let people comment. Blogging is more personal while "regular web sites" are more to view and see what the site is show or what its opinion is.
